Ares Provides Whilst Aeacus Receives, completed.

Ares Provides Whilst Aeacus Receives. First stage of paint applied.

Showing at the Hive Gallery

I'm going to be part of a group show at The Hive Gallery in Downtown, LA. These shows are always a blast with burlesque type performances and other oddities that I enjoy. Try to check it out if you can. The show runs from May 1st to May 29th.

Ares Provides while Aeacus Receives primer white

This is the latest piece i've been working on. This piece deals with Greek Mythology, more specifically Ares and Aeacus. Ares is the god of bloodlust and slaughter. Aeacus is one of the judges in Hades. It's around 38" by 34". The piece is only primer white in these pics. The painting process is about to begin.

Earth on Hell...showing at The Hive Gallery, LA's art district... October 2008

Updated pics of Earth on Hell
Here are some pics of the piece painted, and fin. I'm working on a new piece, called "False Prophets", that deals with Greek Gods. It will measure 8 feet by 4 feet. Should be done, along with three other pieces, in time for a gallery show i've been asked to be a featured artist in several months from now.

Earth On Hell: Homage to Kuksi...July 2008

Here are some new pics i took. Put the final center piece in yesterday. The baby resting in the hands gives the impression that the main center piece(woman) just gave birth. There's still a lot of empty portions that i'm going to add to. Looking forward to painting it and washing it with an antique/patina finish of some sort.
